About Ralph Walker
Ralph
Waldo Walker III was born into a humble but loving
family in Hot Springs, Arkansas. His family moved
several times while he was a boy, but they remained
within the Southern States throughout his young years.
It was then that he became steeped in the Southern
culture and traditions that he still treasures today.
He was such adventurous and active boy (much to his
mother's dismay) that he found himself hospitalized
several times as a child. It was during these times
that the small boy began to wonder about the meaning
and the purpose of life. Ralph has been a constant
student of life, success, psychology, spirituality
and the universe ever since.
Ralph studied pre-law and psychology respectively
at Kennesaw University and then Georgia State University,
and then graduated from Law School at the Woodrow
Wilson College of Law in 1977. An avid philanthropist
and civic activist, Ralph has served on the Board
of Trustees of Kennesaw University for over 20 years,
has held virtually every office in his Rotary Club,
and has done everything from being a Boy Scout Troop
Leader and Lions Club member, to being the Director
of a Local Bank in his community.
Walker has been practicing real estate law for over
28 years, and has done over 33,000 closings - potentially
more than any other human being alive today! He has
personally closed 15 separate real estate transactions
in one day, and his firm has closed over 300 in one
month! He has also represented over 350 different
lenders from around the country, and has closed virtually
every type of real estate transaction in existence,
including thousands of residential deals, as well
as hundreds of commercial and industrial projects,
development projects, and raw land and 1031 exchanges.
Having completed building, developing, and investing
projects of his own, Ralph seems to have been on every
side of every different type of real estate transaction.
Today Ralph Walker is arguably the most successful
real estate closing attorney in the entire United
States. True to his Southern roots, Ralph now resides
in Atlanta, Georgia with his beautiful wife Corrine,
their three children and pet cat and dog.
